- 2
Shoot the Orange ribbon tails in Do-It tail mold 95017 at 330°F. Let them set fully, then demold them.
- 3
Place each finished tail into the matching cavity of Do-It worm mold 95221 and seat it fully with the joint straight.
- 4
Purge and orient the blending block, then dual-inject the Green Pumpkin Black Flake and Pearl Shad body at 330°F. Hold pressure briefly, cool, demold, and inspect the laminate and tail bond.
Heat all three plastisol mixes through full cure, then cool them into the listed shooting range. Keep both body colors close in temperature and viscosity for a clean laminate line. Purge the blending block until both colors flow evenly, orient it consistently for the desired top-and-belly placement, and seat each finished tail fully before the body shot. Hold pressure briefly and inspect the first pair for balanced color flow and a sound tail bond.
