Steps
- 1
Preheat the mold evenly and prepare the fully heated Smoke Silver plastisol.
- 2
Let the fully heated plastisol cool into a practical shooting range before loading the injector.
- 3
Fill all eight top-injection cavities with a steady push and hold brief pressure on the sprue.
- 4
Allow the baits to set, demold carefully, and inspect every paddle tail before continuing the batch.
Use a conservative shooting range appropriate for the plastisol and mold rather than treating a fixed temperature as validated. The eight-cavity top-injection mold may need a steady injection and brief hold pressure to keep the slender tails and bodies full. Inspect the first run for dents, incomplete tails, and trapped air; adjust mold warmth and plastic temperature gradually.
