Steps

  1. 1

Heat the Junebug and Chartreuse Pepper plastisol through full cure, then cool both into the listed 330°F shooting range.

  2. 2

Shoot the Chartreuse Pepper ribbon tails in Do-It tail mold 95017 at 330°F. Let them set fully, then demold them.

  3. 3

Place each finished tail into the matching cavity of Do-It worm mold 95221 and seat it fully with the joint straight.

  4. 4

Shoot the Junebug body at 330°F around the seated tails. Hold pressure briefly, cool, demold, and inspect the tail bond.

Keep each finished tail seated squarely in the full mold before injecting the body. Inspect the first pair for a straight joint, complete fill, and a sound bond.
